Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AnnualReportDue is a private filing service operated by FormRoute LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Florida Department of State, the Division of Corporations, or Sunbiz. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Understand this before you order. Almost everything you give us for an annual report is submitted to the State of Florida and becomes a public record, published on the state's website. That is true whether you file yourself or we file for you. No privacy policy — ours or anyone's — changes that.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Entity name, document number, and FEI/EIN
Principal office and mailing addresses
Registered agent name and Florida street address
Names, titles, and addresses of officers, directors, or managers
Your name, title, and email address

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or CVV. We retain only a transaction record — amount, date, and identifier.

Automatic information

Standard web data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. We use this for security and to understand aggregate traffic.

3. How we use it

To prepare and file your annual report with the State of Florida
To email you your filed copy, confirmation, and receipt
To send a deadline reminder next year, if you opted in
To provide support when you contact us
To prevent fraud and abuse of the service

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Who else touches your data

State of Florida, Division of Corporations — receives the annual report information. It becomes a public record.
Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Google Workspace — email delivery.
Airtable — order management and support.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use a small number of cookies:

Essential session cookies — keep your place in the order form. They expire when you close your browser.
Google Ads conversion measurement — if you reach us through one of our search ads, Google's tag stores a first-party cookie so we can tell which ad led to an order. We use it only to measure whether our advertising works. It does not send Google your entity information, your officers' names, or your addresses — only the order amount and a reference number.

We do not run remarketing or retargeting campaigns, do not build advertising profiles, and do not place third-party ad networks on this site. You can turn off personalized advertising in your Google Ad Settings or block cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from placing an order.

6. How long we keep it

Order data — 12 months after filing, so we can support you and send your renewal reminder, then deleted.
Filed report copies — 12 months. Download and keep your own copy.
Payment records — 7 years, as required for tax and accounting.
Email address — retained while you are opted in to reminders. Unsubscribe any time.

Note that we cannot delete anything from the state's public record. Once filed, that information is permanently public and outside our control.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel for legitimate business purposes. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send payment card details by email.

8. Your rights

Email support@annualreportdue.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting purposes. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To stop reminder emails, use the unsubscribe link in any reminder, or email us. Service emails related to an order you placed cannot be opted out of.

9. Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
